These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SEOConversion (“SEOConversion”, “we”, “us”) and its website, dashboard, and conversion-tracking service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SEOConversion is a first-party, cookieless analytics tool that helps you detect and measure conversions from organic and AI search. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

• New accounts start on a free trial that requires no credit card. The trial ends after the stated period or usage cap, whichever comes first.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: you may request a refund within 24 hours of a payment. We hold the right to decline your refund request if it pertains to a recurring payment or for other specific reasons that might be detailed in our Terms of Service. Outside of this 24-hour window, and except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change plans and pricing; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect sensitive personal data, or the contents of forms and inputs, from your visitors.
• Install the tracker on sites you do not own or control, or without providing your visitors any legally required notice.
• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate any applicable privacy regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

5. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you collect through the Service. As the site owner, you are the controller of your visitors’ data and are responsible for providing any required notices and lawful bases, including linking to a privacy policy where appropriate. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights needed to host and process your data to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SEOConversion and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, payment processing and hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOConversion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
